Then We’ll Make Paper Out of It

We did it tonight. We went and got us a Christmas tree. We documented the fun for you! You’ll notice in one of the photos that I’m pulling an orange extension cord out of the trunk. No, it wasn’t for an electric chain-saw (although that would have been superawesome), it was for me to lash the tree to the top of my car. I couldn’t find any rope, twine, or bungee cords, so I brought along the only thing I could find in the garage that would do the trick. 100 feet of orange magic was more than enough, but it got the job done I figure it this way . . . I’m not going to remember what the tree looks like, but I’m going to remember that one time when I used an extension cord to secure the tree. Good times, indeed.
