The band known for their apple logo appears to be in talks with the company known for their apple logo. This could be a huge coup for Apple Computers, and the iPod/iTunes market, given the recent release of the Zune. I would be one of the crazies looking to pony up the cash for a special Beatles iPod.

The settlement has been reached but no mention yet of getting The Beattles music into the store…
