What’s in a Name

My initials are JAS. Adrienne’s are AjGS. Judah’s are JJS. You see a pattern here? Abel Anders came about in two ways, middle name first.

My middle name is Andrew. My mom is 100% Swedish, so that makes me 50% Swedish. Anders is a Scandinavian varient of Andrew.

That one settled, now on to the all important first name.  We wen’t back and forth on this a while.  We had a few names to choose from, but once I saw him none of them “seemed right” to me except Abel.

Not too exciting of a story.  But, hey, it’s a story.
